We're working with a well-established firm in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a busy practice handling complex and high-impact matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys handling family law and litigation matters, including domestic disputes, complex business issues, real property matters, and probate cases
Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial, ensuring attorneys are fully prepared at every stage
Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Coordinate and manage discovery, document production, and trial preparation
Handle Florida courts e-filing, ensuring compliance with all procedures and deadlines
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members
Maintain accurate billable time records and case documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years of family law and/or litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
Strong working knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing requirements
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Proficiency with document management systems, timekeeping software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred but no required
