Are you an experienced Family Law Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being a true partner to your attorneys? We're working with a well-established firm in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a busy practice handling complex and high-impact matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys handling family law and litigation matters, including domestic disputes, complex business issues, real property matters, and probate cases

  • Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial, ensuring attorneys are fully prepared at every stage

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

  • Coordinate and manage discovery, document production, and trial preparation

  • Handle Florida courts e-filing, ensuring compliance with all procedures and deadlines

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members

  • Maintain accurate billable time records and case documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of family law and/or litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting

  • Strong working knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing requirements

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Proficiency with document management systems, timekeeping software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred

  • Paralegal certificate preferred but no required
