Description Family Law Attorney Seattle, WA | Hybrid or Remote Opportunity (Must live in WA state) A well-respected boutique family law firm in Seattle is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This firm is known for handling complex, high-conflict divorce and custody matters for sophisticated clients and offers attorneys the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of cases while maintaining work-life balance through a hybrid schedule. The Opportunity This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in contested matters, enjoys strategic litigation, and wants to sharpen their courtroom and client-advocacy skills in a collaborative, well-supported environment. Attorneys are trusted with significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to grow their practice alongside experienced family law litigators. Responsibilities + Manage a full caseload of high-conflict family law matters, including contested divorces, custody disputes, and related proceedings + Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, declarations, and settlement proposals + Handle discovery, pre-trial preparation, and hearings + Appear in King County and surrounding courts + Advise clients through emotionally complex situations with professionalism and empathy + Work closely with colleagues in a team-oriented boutique setting Qualifications + Active Washington State Bar license (required) + 2+ years of family law experience + Strong litigation, writing, and client-management skills + Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit legal team Compensation & Benefits + Salary range: $120,000-$190,000 DOE + On-target bonus of 20% + additional performance incentives + Fully paid healthcare coverage + 401(k) with 6% employer match + Unlimited PTO + Paid court holidays & paid sick leave + Firm-paid CLEs and bar dues + Hybrid work flexibility Requirements 2+ years of experience practicing Family Law Active WA license Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
