Job Details

Complex Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and experience handling sophisticated family law matters from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of complex family law matters
  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
  • Advise clients regarding divorce, custody, support, property division, and related family law issues
  • Analyze and interpret financial documents, business valuations, and asset tracing materials
