Arena Sports Family Entertainment Center FEC Hosts are conduits for customer fun. Whether its greeting customers, helping them with the rules and safety protocols of the attractions, or just making sure things are running smoothly, our FEC Hosts are on the front lines providing enthusiastic customer service and support so everyone can have a great time.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Complete opening and closing safety checklists for your attraction
  • Greet customers
  • Explain safety rules, policies, and how to purchase entry to customers
  • Answer customer questions about the different FEC attractions, including rules, policies, and hours of operation
  • Adhere to FEC safety rules
  • Set up, clean up, and maintain the attractions. Tasks may include deep cleaning, testing, and fixing equipment.
  • Ensure customers are following rules and policies
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
