Family Centered Treatment Supervisor

The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration, supervision, and fidelity monitoring of the Family Centered Treatment program. This role combines direct oversight of FCT service delivery with program leadership responsibilities, ensuring clinical excellence, adherence to evidence-based standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The FCT Supervisor provides guidance, coaching, and support to FCT Practitioners while maintaining accountability for outcomes, quality assurance, and program integrity.

• Ensure delivery of Family Centered Treatment services consistent with model fidelity and program specifications
• Oversee compliance with state, federal, and contract regulations, as well as agency policy.
• Coordinate program operations including scheduling, staff assignments, and caseload distribution.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding FCT program services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal/external audits; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide after-hours supervisory support for client and family emergencies.
• Directly supervise FCT Practitioners, providing clinical oversight and administrative support.
• Conduct routine supervision sessions to review case progress, compliance, and treatment planning.
• Ensure new-hire onboarding, ongoing training, and annual recertification requirements are met for all staff.
• Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and fidelity assessments.
• Provide coaching, evaluation, and performance development to support staff growth.
• Support FCT Practitioners in providing goal-oriented, time-limited, family-centered interventions in the natural environment.
• Monitor fidelity documentation, progress notes, and outcome reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure crisis intervention services are available 24/7 through staff rotation and supervision.
• Collaborate with families and external partners to promote stability, permanency, and positive long-term outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based family treatment models, particularly FCT.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competence in supervising staff, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Capacity to analyze data, monitor outcomes, and implement program improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
• May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
• Maybe required to travel.

Master’s degree in a Health or Human Services field required. Current licensure may be required according to State specific standards. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is strongly preferred; Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) will be considered as a secondary preferred qualification. At least 3 years of experience working with children and families in the child welfare or mental health industry and 1 year of progressive supervisory and administrative experience required. Demonstrated clinical expertise in family systems, child and family assessment, and evidence-based treatment practices, with the ability to guide staff in applying these approaches with fidelity, is strongly preferred. Must complete FCT training and certification requirements within 6-9 months of hire.
