JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds at-need charts and verifies files before processing
  • Performs blind checks and follows up on memorials, processes, and timelines
  • Notifies families about floral placements and schedules arrangement continuation appointments
  • Designs memorials and serves at-need families owning property
  • Sets follow-up visits, logs information, and meets with families at arrangements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Certification: Certified in relevant processes including interment verification and blind checks
Experience: None required
Skills & Abilities: Effective communication, productive work with minimal supervision, problem-solving, adaptability

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000, with higher potential based on performance.
