Position Title:Family and Housing Support Coach, Bridging the Gap
Status:Non- Exempt, Part-Time 20 hours per week. This is a 2 year grant funded position scheduled to end July 1, 2028.
Salary:$22.50 - $24.50

Location: Primarily based out of our Denver office at 711 Park Ave W, Denver, CO 80205. 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected hourly pay rate for this position is $24.50. In an effort to increase equity and to avoid unfair bias historically associated with salary negotiations, we do not participate in salary negotiations outside of this stated starting salary range.
How You'll Help
The Family and Housing Support Coach is a part-time, two year grant-funded position responsible for supporting families experiencing housing instability through a combination of case management, housing navigation, and data coordination. This role works across the homelessness and housing stability programs at Mile High United Way, providing direct support to families while strengthening system coordination and tracking outcomes.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly relational, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing direct service with administrative and systems-level work.

60% of time in typical office environment, 40% working at property locations. Must also successfully meet and maintain Mile High United Way's driving criteria. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
