Requirements / Qualifications

The Family and Community Liaison, under the general supervision of the Principal, facilitates effective communication, engagement, and access to resources that support student success, positive social adjustment, and strong school-community partnerships. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach to families, community organizations, local businesses, and partner agencies; supporting and encouraging meaningful parent and family participation in school activities and decision-making processes; connecting families to community services, programs, and educational opportunities; and performing related duties as assigned.

High school diploma Experience in a school district or public sector setting is preferred. Experience leading projects, initiatives, or programs is highly desirable.
