    Family Advocacy Case Manager
    Full-Time / Salaried / JusticeWorks YouthCare

    Schedule: Full-time with some evenings/weekends
    Location: Lancaster County, PA
    Pay Range: $42,000-$44,000

    About the Role
    JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support.
     
    What You’ll Do
    • Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
    • Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
    • Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed
    • Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
    • Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
    Minimum Requirements
    • Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
    • Ability to pass all required background clearances
    • Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
    • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
