| Job Description: | The Faculty Relations Coordinator provides college-level coordination and oversight for faculty, postdoctoral, and graduate academic HR processes across CLAS. This role serves as a primary liaison between academic units, college leadership, and central university offices to support timely, compliant, and efficient HR operations. The position coordinates recurring academic processes, including recruitment, appointments, tenure and promotion, annual evaluations, faculty assignment reporting, leaves, compensation actions, and related academic personnel administration. | Expected Salary: | The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This is a TEAMS position—UF’s designation for staff roles—eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid leave, retirement plans, and health insurance. Learn more about TEAMS benefits here. |
