The Department of Obstetrics Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a full-time physician to be hired at the academic rank of Assistant Professor appointment stream. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified OBGYN to join a well-established OBGYN Department.

The OBGYN department is home to an academic obstetrics and gynecology residency program with a total of 40 OBGYN residents as well as subspecialty fellowships in maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility, medical genetics, gynecologic oncology, minimally invasive surgery, infectious diseases, and family planning.

The Physician will allocate 80 of their professional effort to providing OBGYN clinical care, including services at Magee-Womens Hospital, outpatient visits at satellite offices, and patient care in ambulatory settings. Responsibilities will also include office coverage on-call duties and other clinical activities as reasonably assigned by the Chair of the Department.

The remaining 20 of the Physicians effort will be dedicated to clinical education within the School of Medicine, with a primary focus on teaching medical students and residents.
