Expectations of the Faculty Assistant:

  • Attend all BIOC 423 classes with Dr. Manifold-Wheeler in person (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30-10:45AM)
  • Be prepared with class materials, specific content, readings, etc.
  • Collect, grade and return graded assignments for all students enrolled in the assigned section
  • Assist in proctoring and grading exams as assigned
  • Keep records of student grades as instructed
  • Hold weekly office hours for student assistance, determined with Dr. Manifold-Wheeler
  • Position eligible for up to 10 hours per week including BIOC423 class time, supporting course as instructed by Dr. Manifold-Wheeler
