- Oversees medication administration.
- Coordinates with psychiatric and medical providers.
- Provide rehabilitation and support functions to assist in treatment, medication education, support, consultation to families, and crisis intervention.
- Individual and group interactions with individuals who have a serious and persistent mental health disorder.
- Community-based with services provided in the home or other community settings.
- Document all activities in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Provides case management services.

Must meet eligibility requirements

- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree in nursing.
- Valid Florida LPN license.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with psychiatric disorders. Inpatient or residential experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
- Valid FL drivers license, insurance, and safe driving record.
- Dependable transportation (registered, safe operating conditions, etc.).
- Ability to stand for periods of time.
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to use moderate manual dexterity.
- Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
