Seeking a dynamic On-Air Investigative Fact-Check Reporter/Producer for a national evening newscast in Washington, D.C.
Ideal candidates are curious, with strong news judgment, compelling writing skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience in digging for stories, research, storytelling, and TV production is essential, with knowledge of FOIA, data-driven reporting, and legal issues a plus.
Responsibilities include developing sources, pitching investigative stories, refining scripts, producing digital content, and fronting stories on-air.
Requirements: three years of investigative producing experience preferred, with a history of award-winning journalism a plus.
