Clean Harbors located in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Facility Technician to add to their team. The Facility Technician will train with the Wastewater Treatment Operator and assist/learn how to process inbound tankers. They will also learn how to process waste and run the belt press.

Shift: Day Shift

Pay: $20.50/HR

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;

  • Must be 18 years or older;

  • 1+Years of related experience;

  • Forklift experience preferred;

  • Ability to use computer efficiently;

  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

  • Follow all Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • Handle drum movements, unloading/loading tank farm trucks, and other basic facility operations in compliance with DOT requirements;
  • Operate a forklift (as needed) and complete daily safety inspections;
  • Submit documentation for waste tracking and movement;
  • Maintain area compliance with permit standards;
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals;
  • Keep work areas clean and organized;
  • All other duties as required by management.
