Position Title: FACLITY SUPERVISOR

Location: MIDLAND, TX

FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT

Responsible to: DISTRICT MANAGER

Position Summary: The Night Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all facility operations during overnight hours. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and orderly operation of the facility, including supervising staff, coordinating the receipt of equipment, and assisting with operational and maintenance needs. The supervisor serves as the primary on-site point of contact during the night shift and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all night-shift facility operations
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage of incoming equipment and materials
  • Assist with equipment handling, staging, and movement as needed
  • Ensure facility security, safety, and cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies
  • Conduct shift handoffs and communicate issues to day management
  • Perform basic facility inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
  • Respond to emergencies, alarms, or operational issues during overnight hours
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory records

Other Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training preferred)
  • Previous experience in facility operations, warehouse operations, or maintenance supervision
  • Experience receiving and handling equipment or materials
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
  • Basic computer skills for reporting, inventory, and communication
  • Forklift or equipment operation experience
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment and materials as required
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
