Facility Technician Core Responsibilities
Painting & Surface Finishing - Prepare and paint interior/exterior surfaces; perform drywall patching, texturing, and touch-ups to maintain property appearance.

Lighting & Basic Electrical - Replace fixtures, bulbs, switches, outlets, and ballasts; troubleshoot minor electrical issues within scope of responsibility.

Grounds Maintenance & Equipment Operation - Perform mowing, trimming, weed eating, brush control, trash removal, and site containment; safely operate forklifts, tractors, and skid steers in accordance with company policy and safety standards.

Cleaning & Janitorial Services - Perform detailed unit turn cleanings; sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances; sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces; maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and amenities; manage trash removal and dumpster areas; ensure overall cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently upheld.
