Job Duties/Scope Of Work

At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. The scope for the Facility Services Administrator position involves supporting our Facilities/Property team in the following areas:
* Assist group activities in facility management related functions for General Purpose government owned/lease office space, supporting a large 190 offices office building.
* Ensuring safe and reliable operation and modification of assigned facility and ensures that building tenant Managers/Administrators are properly trained and comply with all facility related directives and procedures
* Oversee facility security compliance. Provide service crews access to secured rooms as the key custodian.
* Assisting in property management, preparation, submittal of facility maintenance request to building landlord.
* Creating office/cubicle seating arrangements, which includes managing furniture needs and excess.
* Understanding emergency procedures and processes.
* Oversee service calls for maintenance and facility requests to completion.
* Act as an accountability aid for emergency preparedness.
* Schedule meetings including use of conference rooms
* Greet and assist visitors as they enter the building.


Basic Qualifications

* Grade 6: High School plus 8 years of relevant experience
* Grade 7: High School plus 10 years of relevant experience

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications

* Customer service experience serving a variety of clientele.
* Previous experience of Mobile office step (Turn key) up and removal.
* Past work experience in facility operations management.
* Experience with Microsoft software.
* Experience with Consolidated Maintenance Management Software.


Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Grade 6: $47,450 - $75,950
* Grade 7: $52,300 - $83,650

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.

In accordance with the Service Contract Act, this position is also eligible for the health & welfare wage adder.
