PREMIER THERAPY is seeking a licensed therapist to lead our rehab team as a Full-Time Facility Rehab Director (FRD) in Wooster, Ohio.
This is an opportunity for a therapist who enjoys leadership, team development, and building strong interdisciplinary relationships in a skilled nursing setting.

- Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance

What We're Looking For:
- Licensed PTA or COTA
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
