About the Role:

Jetty Extracts is seeking a hands-on and driven Facility Operations Supervisor to support our expanding operations in Albany, New York. This is a critical role within one of Jetty’s key growth markets and will play an important part in helping scale our overall manufacturing and operational footprint.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Facility Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse, production, and facility operations while ensuring efficiency, organization, quality, safety, and compliance across the site. This role is responsible for coordinating operational workflows across departments including Warehouse, Production, Packaging, and Facilities while helping build scalable operational processes that support Jetty’s ambitious growth plans.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, enjoys solving problems in real time, and is motivated by building and improving operations alongside a growing, technical team. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, operational discipline, and a proactive mindset to a facility that will play a major role in Jetty’s next phase of growth.

This role is based onsite at our Albany, NY facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operational Oversight: Support efficient and compliant day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations.

• Monitor production processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards and government regulations

• Coordinate workflows across Warehouse, Production, Packaging, and operational teams

• Track production metrics, inventory levels, and operational performance

• Support production scheduling and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and minimize downtime

• Troubleshoot operational and production-related issues as they arise

• Help establish scalable operational systems and processes to support future growth

Team Leadership & Floor Support: Provide leadership, accountability, and support to frontline operational teams.

• Supervise and support production staff across daily operations

• Reinforce SOP adherence, operational expectations, and workplace accountability

• Support training, coaching, and day-to-day employee communication

• Foster a collaborative, safety-focused, and solutions-oriented work environment

• Partner cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams to support business needs

Facility, Safety & Compliance: Help maintain a safe, organized, and compliant operational environment.

• Maintain safety standards throughout the facility and reinforce compliance expectations

• Support warehouse organization, facility upkeep, and operational readiness

• Monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications

• Coordinate facility and operational supply needs as necessary

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement practical solutions

• Support adherence to all applicable state and regulatory requirements

Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Support ongoing operational growth and process improvements.

• Collaborate with leadership on productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness initiatives

• Assist in developing scalable operational processes and best practices

• Support cross-functional operational projects and initiatives as needed

• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing production environment

• Help drive operational readiness and execution against aggressive growth and production targets

• Manufacturing and warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently

• Production workflows are well-coordinated across departments with minimal operational disruption

• Teams are effectively supported, accountable, and aligned with operational expectations

• Safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently maintained throughout the facility

• Operational issues are proactively identified and resolved with urgency and practical solutions

• Facility organization, operational readiness, and workflow efficiency improve over time

• Scalable operational systems and workflows are established to support continued growth in New York

• The Albany facility successfully supports Jetty’s broader operational and production growth goals

• Trusted operational partner to leadership and frontline teams across the site

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, facilities, or related operational leadership roles

• Previous experience supervising teams in a fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational and facility-related challenges

• Experience working with operational systems such as Odoo and Metrc is a plus

• Experience in cannabis manufacturing or regulated production environments is a plus
