Job Description:
The Facility Operations Associate Manager leads a team who oversees the safety and operational readiness of L3Harris Camden's multi‑building manufacturing, lab and office complex. This role ensures that all facilities, including production areas, test operations, warehouses, grounds, interior spaces, manufacturing and support equipment -are properly maintained to support L3Harris Camden's high‑volume manufacturing operations.
