All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.Position OverviewRiverside Research and the IDS Business Unit are seeking a full time Facility Mechanical Engineer Advisor in the Dayton, OH area. This position will focus on facility design, construction, and project management for the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.ResponsibilitiesThe Contractor shall apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements to ensure ICD 705 compliance of construction designs and plans and coordinate construction contractor-customer interfaces during construction.The Contractor shall provide advanced facility engineering, operations, planning, and programming for NSIC operating locations.The contractor shall provide mechanical system reliability and resiliency engineering to assure highly available intelligence mission facilities.The contractor shall assist NSIC in developing, executing and monitoring facility maintenance and sustainment programs.The contractor will provide expertise for facility planning and operation in compliance with regulatory codes, such as the United Facility Code (UFC), Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and National Electric Code (NEC) for all SCIF modification and construction projects.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust have a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security ClearanceBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringRegistered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio (Mechanical)15+ years' experience in facility mechanical engineeringFamiliarity with ICD 705 constructionExtensive experience in HVAC and control systems designGlobal Comp$135,000- $175,000.
