Maintenance Technician – Multi‑Location Support
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Jacob’s Automotive Group is seeking a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple dealership locations in Bradenton, New Port Richey, and Wesley Chapel. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving, and helps keep facilities safe, clean, and fully operational.

Transportation expenses between locations are fully covered.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on interior and exterior building structures across all three locations. This role works closely with management to address facility needs efficiently and professionally.

Primary Responsibilities

Carpentry & General Repairs

• Minor framing and structural repairs
• Door, trim, and hardware installation or repair
• Basic drywall patching and finishing

Electrical (Non‑Licensed)

• Minor electrical troubleshooting
• Light fixture repairs and replacements
• Switch and outlet troubleshooting

Plumbing

• Basic plumbing repairs
• Leak detection and correction
• Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, etc.)

Facility & Grounds Maintenance

• Interior and exterior building upkeep
• General repairs throughout dealership facilities
• Coordination with managers on maintenance priorities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment at all locations

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional after‑hours needs may arise but are rare
