Skilled Maintenance Supervisor - Make an Impact in Snohomish County Facilities
Get ready to lead the team that keeps Snohomish County facilities running! The Facility Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing and organizing the maintenance team responsible for performing the skilled maintenance work in various County facilities. You’ll be the go--to pro for scheduling repairs, renovations, and big impact- projects for numerous County facilities including critical 24/7 facilities. Daily, you will lead, support and inspire a talented crew of maintenance technicians. This dynamic role will have you tackling challenges, juggling schedules, working with complex building systems, and ensuring operations are safe, smooth, and efficient. You’ll manage budgets, respond to urgent repairs, provide superior customer service and help shape policies that keep our facilities thriving. One moment you’re scheduling preventative maintenance, the next you’re solving technical puzzles or coordinating with contractors to bring projects to life. If you have the ability to plan ahead, prioritize strategically, and motivate others, you will be the driving force keeping Snohomish County’s facilities operating at their best. Please note: Work is performed at a variety of County-owned work sites including various types of commercial buildings, supportive housing, detention, and public works facilities. You could be working in all types of weather conditions or exposed to a variety of building and work conditions.
