Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Civil Engineer CE Operations Flight Workforce Manager. To provide customer interface and receive review and process all CE service requests associated with worked performed in facilities base-wide with the appropriate IT system. Functions include applying Asset Management Principles and Fundamentals in coordinating assisting in the development and balancing work schedules for maintenance and/or repair of facilities.

Duties
Help Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for demand maintenance, customer service. Directly evaluates calls received and/or service requests, interacts with Facility Managers and base customers to analyze and validate service request/requirements. Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for preventive maintenance PM. Provides management oversight to Operations Flight PM Program. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing all Civil Engineering work requirements and CE Enterprise IT data associated with operations management, warranty program management, and investment planning. Manages and executes Facility Manager Program. Develops training and maintains data in support of the installation Facility manager FM program. Supports the Unit Control Center UCC during exercise and real-world situations.

Selectee will be required to support Base Readiness and Emergency Operations Exercises and Real World Threats and Events. Selectee will be required to support Special Events i.e. Annual Air Show Base Exercises not necessarily performing in their primary skill role.
Experience Requirements
Help Applicants must 3 years of progressively responsible general experience 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4 at least one year of which is equivalent to Federal experience at the next lower grade NH-1601-01 level or equivalent grade level pay schedule pay band etc and is described in detail in my resume. An example of creditable general experience demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors gather pertinent data and recognize solutions. Plan and organize work and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Education
Help 4-year course of study leading to a bachelors degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. OR Combination of Experience and Education A combination of the education and experience listed above. NOTE only graduate experience in excess of the first year can be used when claiming a combination of education and experience. NOTE Transcripts must be included.
