    Day-To-Day

    • Maintains HazCom Notebook, Life/Safety Compliance Book, chemical index
    • Schedules monthly fire drills and performs inspection and maintenance of facility fire
    • Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of the building and facility vehicles
    • Responsible for the supervision of the maintenance, health/safety sanitation, local transportation, and food service components of facility operations
    • Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies.
    • Directs supervision of facility services and staff which include food services, maintenance, and janitorial personnel
    • Works as liaison between the facility and all authorized vendors
    • Ensures management of the program's resources within budget
    • Supervises, supports, motivates and empowers the members of his/her team.
    • Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all agency vehicles
    • Performs on-call duties as scheduled

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus two years related work experience, two years of which are in a supervisory position OR at least minimum five years of facility maintenance work.
    • Valid Texas Drivers' License.
