Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to support industrial warehouse operations across multiple client sites. This role involves high-surface cleaning, general facility maintenance, and preventive upkeep in industrial environments. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working at heights, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
This position works alongside senior crew members with the opportunity to grow into more independent responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
High-Surface Cleaning- Remove dust and debris from overhead pipes, rafters, and beams (up to 30 feet high)
- Operate scissor lifts and industrial vacuums to complete elevated cleaning tasks
- Follow all fall protection and height safety protocols
Facility Maintenance & Repairs- Perform minor drywall patching and painting
- Complete basic handyman repairs and general facility fixes
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and grounds
Industrial Cleaning & Site Preparation- Perform general warehouse and industrial cleaning
- Move and reposition inventory and materials (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Cover and protect client inventory and machinery during cleaning operations
- Maintain organized, safe, and compliant work environments
Equipment Operation- Operate scissor lifts and other industrial cleaning equipment
- Utilize proper PPE and adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications & Requirements- 1–2+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, industrial cleaning, or related field preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive overhead work
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow OSHA safety standards, including use of harnesses, respirators, and PPE
