We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants while maintaining strong relationships with property owners. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Manage inquiries from potential renters via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and leasing activities using office software.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate smooth leasing operations.
Utilize Yardi for tracking payments and managing financial records related to leasing activities.
Experience
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in office software applications.
Experience as a medical receptionist or in customer service roles will be advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
