Join a global energy and industrial leader supporting advanced equipment and operations worldwide. This role serves as a key on-site resource responsible for coordinating facility operations, supporting logistics activities, and acting as the front-facing representative for the site.

The Facility & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the site run smoothly, balancing administrative tasks, shipping and receiving coordination, and light facility support responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors, vendors, and contractors
* Coordinate facility-related activities including maintenance vendors, cleaning services, inspections, and safety visits
* Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking
* Load and unload deliveries using a forklift and support general material handling
* Assist with purchase order creation and data entry into internal systems
* Order and manage facility supplies, including office and operational materials
* Maintain organized records for shipments, inspections, and facility-related documentation
* Support light facility maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing, and general upkeep
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support daily operations





Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have prior forklift experience (active certification preferred but not required)
* Must be comfortable operating in both administrative and hands-on environments
* Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Must have strong communication and organizational skills
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
* High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination
* Experience in facility coordination or light maintenance tasks
* Experience with data entry or purchase order processing
