We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a short-term position and who will fit well into our team. This is for a 6 to 12 week project. Job has the potential to be extended to full time based on client's needs.Facility Engineers are focused on service and delivering long-term technical solutions for our clients. They maintain, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and more.Summary of Job Functions and EquipmentPreventive MaintenanceTroubleshootingMechanical: HVAC, plumbing, controlsElectrical: lighting, generators, primary switch gearHot water systemsRefrigerationHot water heatersPumps, valves, piping and filtersVariable Frequency DrivesHumidifiersMaintain records and monitor equipmentPerform tests and rounds on building systemsCompensation & BenefitsAverage Starting Rate: $26.00-$28.00 per hour.
