Function: Supply Chain Management (CA)

Title: Facility Coordinator - 121648

Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Facility Coordinator for John Deere Parts Depot located in Denver, CO, you will:

  • Create and maintain Transfer Units (BOL) for shipment and complete daily billing out of carriers
  • Prepare hazardous material (HAZ) paperwork and assume the responsibilities of the DG/HM Coordinator for facility.
  • Handle all facility invoices and purchase orders (PO)
  • Log all Environmental Health Safety (EH&S) metrics and complete all record retention activities
  • Manage facility vendors in AVETTA
  • Provide work direction to employees in conjunction with the Depot Supervisor and/or during Supervisor absence
  • Fill in for Inventory Analyst during Vacations
  • Work occasional Saturdays in rotation with the Supervisor and Inventory Analyst
  • Rotate with the Supervisor and Inventory Analyst to carry the On-Call Cell Phone for afterhours FLASH + Service to customers
  • Drive a forklift as needed
  • Shift time is 9:30 to 6pm, with occasional OT on the front end of shift.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both salary and wage personnel
  • Experience within an Operations environment
  • Available to work occasional Saturdays and Holidays in rotation
  • Available to be on call in rotation for afterhours FLASH + service to customers
  • Ability to work Shift time of 9:30am to 6pm
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Work, and Outlook)
  • Ability to drive a forklift

What Makes You Standout

  • Experience within PARTS Operations
  • Working knowledge of WCS, APS, DNS, CCMS, NCCA and JDPoint -
  • Understanding of record retention procedures
  • Experience within a UAW environment
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
