Facility Contractor Coordinator

Summary:

• Location: Irving, TX
• Shift Timings: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Receive and relay all requests for repairs to facility or equipment to appropriate individuals.
• Review, record, and process purchase requests for the facilities department.
• Maintain files of approved contract purchase orders, including service contracts for onsite third-party services.
• Review invoices and timecards for accuracy for onsite third-party services.
• Collect and issue keys, maintaining key control records.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure all necessary services have been met and materials received.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
