Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Facility Administrator at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Tucson, AZ.

Position Requirements:
- 5 years of experiencing managing more then 30 personnel conducting business operations, project management, and human resources
- Must be Sigma Certified at or above the Green Belt Level and/or be Project Management Certified
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of more then 30 personnel.
- Support curriculum implementation, delivery of instruction, progress monitoring, and assessments.
- Ensure customer compliance requirements are met.
- Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Oversee projects and initiatives that support the company and its employees.
