Job Title: Facilities & Workplace Experience Administrator

Location: Reston, Virginia | Full-Time Onsite

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities & Workplace Experience Administrator to join BSI in Reston, Virginia.

This role plays a key part in creating a positive, safe, and engaging workplace environment across our Americas offices. You will support facilities operations, workplace experience initiatives, vendor coordination, office administration, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office and facilities operations

  • Manage facilities invoices, budgets, and office-related expenses

  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance, office supplies, and workplace services

  • Support workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership meetings

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

  • Assist with visitor management, mail handling, and office communications

  • Support compliance, health & safety, and emergency preparedness activities

  • Provide administrative and executive support where required

To be successful in the role you will have

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities, workplace experience, office management, or business administration

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using systems/tools

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Reston, Virginia
