Hourly Pay Rate:$19.00
Shift:Monday-Friday from 7:00a-3:30p
We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Facilities Technicians to help keep our buildings safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks and play a key role in day-to-day facility operations.
What You’ll do:
- Perform routine inspections and report issues or needed repairs
- Complete minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Maintain building systems, equipment, and overall property condition
- Respond to weather related needs (snow removal, debris clean up, etc.)
- Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
- Valid driver’s license that meets agency policy
