What You'll Be Doing
The Facilities Technician supports operations by performing general building maintenance and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workplace. You will be expected to drive company vehicles to pick up supplies, company orders, and materials needed to support all departments. The technician also unloads and stocks company drinks, snacks, and supplies on a daily/weekly cadence. The technician maintains common areas to a high standard of cleanliness, enforces organization and safety practices to meet compliance requirements, manages basic inventory and restocking, and ensures all areas are consistently visitor-ready for customer tours.
What Your Day to Day Is
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance plus documentation on the following equipment: water jet, laser systems, thermal chambers, and RTU's.
Complete repair tickets with priority to support all departments
Drive company vehicles to complete material pickup and delivery as needed
Maintain clean and safe work spaces
Stock and inventory all drinks and snacks to support departments
What You'll Have
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to operate company owned equipment (training provided)
Electrical, carpentry, HVAC/plumbing experience or degree
Experience driving light trucks, vans and trailers
Automotive mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
Basic computer knowledge and competency
Core troubleshooting and systems thinking
How You'll Stand Out
Licensed CDL driver
Fork Lift operation certifications
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Prior facilities experience in an advanced manufacturing setting
Team oriented
2 year degree in a skilled trade
Technologically proficient
