The ideal candidate brings several years of verifiable commercial building maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work across multiple trades, including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical and general building repairs. Just as important, we're seeking a dependable team player who enjoys collaborating within the team and with others, providing first-rate customer service, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
