NeoGenomics has an opening for Maintenance Technician Iwho wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.  

Shift Time: Tuesday to Saturday 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Position Summary:        

The Facilities Tech I will be responsible for general building maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized facility on a daily basis and support Facilities personnel as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

• Generalbuildingmaintenance(lightelectrical,plumbing,drywallrepair,lighting replacement, and other facility related issues).
• Furnitureassembly,teardownandmodification.
• Assistinrelocationofstaffasneeded.
• Assist3rdpartymaintenancepersonnelasneeded.
• Responsibleformaintaininganeatandorderlyfacility.
• Facility/EHSdaily,weekly,andmonthlyinspections.
• Otherdutiesasassigned.

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in general building maintenance and repair.

• Organizational skills.
• Self-motivator and a team player.
• Flexible work schedule (On call).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Adheres to Department Specific Safety Guidelines.
• Standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, manual manipulation, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to department rules and protocols as well as company regulations stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned by Facilities Management.
• Maintain a pleasant and cooperative relationship with co-workers and other departments.
• Work Schedule – Tuesday through Saturday.
• Travel (as required)
