We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance – Buildings & Grounds professional to help maintain our company facilities, grounds, and work environments in a safe, clean, and professional condition. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas are well maintained year-round.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and can work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Complete custodial and cleaning duties for offices and facilities
- Maintain company grounds, landscaping, irrigation, and exterior areas
- Perform snow removal and ice control during winter months
- Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Assist with facility inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Receive and organize maintenance and facility supplies
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces and storage areas
- Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, construction, landscaping, or related field
- Working knowledge of basic maintenance and repair practices
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
