POSITION SUMMARY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate facilities functions including maintenance, HVAC, grounds, mechanical, electrical and housekeeping • Serve as the contact for lawn, grounds, and snow removal services • Maintain oversight on HVAC systems and provides minor repairs and/or adjustments as needed • Perform general minor repairs/maintenance as needed • Act as a building liaison for major installation/repairs that are subcontracted to outside contractors • Provide instruction and training to other associates working for the facilities/buildings • Available on call after hours • May operate a company vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years related experience • Strong mechanical aptitude, with some knowledge of electrical, carpentry etc. • Good decision maker who is well organized, can prioritize, and plan ahead • Strong work ethic • Able to operate a tow motor • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job • Basic understanding of personal computers • Ability to be on call after hours • Valid drivers license with satisfactory MVR required • Building Operators Certification (BOC) a plus
