About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support a client globally recognized in digital innovation and creative technology. This Facilities Supervisor role is based onsite in New York, NY, supporting a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment across two facilities within a 7-site East Region portfolio.

In this role, success is defined by your ability to foster strong relationships, elevate workplace morale, and lead with values aligned to a world-class culture. You'll play a key role in vendor oversight, preventative maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations, while maintaining a strong focus on people, service, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations across two sites, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for vendors, contractors, and stakeholders, managing relationships and escalations effectively.
  • Lead vendor management efforts, including performance tracking, cost evaluation, and service quality improvement.
  • Support and monitor preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability and minimize disruptions.
  • Review work order data and develop reports to identify trends and drive operational efficiency.
  • Assist with budgeting responsibilities, including tracking facility expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Utilize systems such as Excel and SI7 to manage reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture by leading with strong values, promoting team engagement, and enhancing overall morale.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of facilities, operations, or related experience.
  • Strong vendor management experience, with the ability to evaluate performance and build effective partnerships.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and facility operations best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Financial acumen, including basic budgeting and expense tracking knowledge.
  • A people-first mindset with a strong focus on culture, team engagement, and values-driven leadership.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $82,000 annually [or $39.43 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $87,000 annually [or $41.83 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
