Part-Time Facilities Specialist

We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Facilities Specialist to support the upkeep of our facilities across multiple locations. This role blends routine maintenance with vendor coordination and project oversight.

You'll handle day-to-day facility needs, including light repairs, painting, and general maintenance, while coordinating larger projects across all First Atlantic properties. Additional responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, document destruction, and general operational support as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on maintenance experience
  • Experience working with vendors or contractors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months related experience and/or training. Handymen are welcome to apply.
