The University of Kentucky is seeking a Facilities Shared Services Support Associate to provide administrative, records management, and customer service support for Facilities Shared Services.
In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for employees, clients, and visitors while helping ensure office operations, records, and communications are organized, accurate, and responsive. Your work will support the daily functions that keep shared services operating effectively and efficiently.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar clerical role; Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Ability to use standard office equipment (printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems); Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
