Job Summary: Perform custodial operations to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained at assigned locations while maintaining inventory needs and other job duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience: Six months building cleaning experience preferred with emphasis on high cleanliness standards. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb stairs and step stools. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance. The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Job requires lifting up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: The employee will rotate between various Foundation properties. Some areas are climate controlled; however, other assignments are not. Those are commonly wet, humid, hot or cold. Noise levels are generally moderate. However, the use of certain equipment may require the use of hearing protection. Exposure to cleaning agents. Special Requirements: Position will require evening and weekend work hours for venues open on Saturdays, and during scheduled events and programs.
