Our Wausau, WI office is looking for a Facility Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all daily operations on site.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Facilities Manager on all daily needs for the facility
- Responsible for monthly facility inspections (fire extinguishers, AED, first aid, etc.)
- Partner with service-related vendors when on site; monitor work to ensure services are rendered
- Monitor office copier equipment daily, including maintaining paper stock in all machines and reporting breakdowns to IT team
- Responsible for ordering all office supplies for assigned location and process special order requests as needed
- Maintain all site storage space(s) as applicable
- Set up and break down all meeting and conference rooms as requested
- Partner with and support HR teams as requested (new hires, relocations, product donations, access badges, and on-site events)
- Monitor shred bins, including arranging for destruction when 50% of bins are full and monitoring on-site destruction
- Maintain records and report total weight
- Assist with daily maintenance calls and work requests
- Assist site leadership as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 25-75 lbs in weight
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated: a self-starter who can work with a level of autonomy
- Clear communicator: able to identify relevant information and clearly and succinctly transfer that information to the appropriate parties
- Team player: willing to pitch in and understand that everyone at Foot Locker is working toward the same goal
- Multitasker: able to successfully manage competing priorities and prioritize appropriately
- Well-organized: highly attentive to detail, know how to save and organize files, keep notes, and can access information when needed
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Punctuality and ability to meet attendance requirements
- Discretion with confidential information
- Working knowledge with basic tools such as screwdrivers, drills, etc.
- Familiarity with office safety standards (ladder safety, invacuation/evacuation, etc.)

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $18 - $20 / hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
