Facilities Service Attendant

Start your new career as a Facilities Service Attendant with MAU at UME in Thomson, GA. As a Facilities Service Attendant, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing housekeeping and general cleaning duties throughout the office, production, and warehouse areas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to successfully complete required training
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
• Ability to follow safety, housekeeping, quality, and regulatory requirements

What Youll Do as a Facilities Service Attendant:

• Clean office spaces, production areas, and other assigned workspaces
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and empty trash daily
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock restroom supplies
• Clean windows and shampoo carpets as needed
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor facility repairs
• Clean spills and remove workplace hazards promptly
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning is complete
• Document completed cleaning activities and report maintenance needs to management
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
