A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Company Services Supervisor, you’ll arrive for the afternoon shift ready to set the bar for cleanliness and order across our headquarters, on‑site medical clinic, and other assigned facilities. From the moment you gear up, you’ll rotate through areas to dust and polish furniture, sweep and mop floors, sanitize restrooms, refresh conference rooms after meetings, and keep dishwashers cycling to support our teams. You’ll check building areas for overall tidiness, follow safe procedures for chemical and power‑equipment use, and maintain custodial tools so they’re ready when you are. As you master routes and standards, you may also help train others.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out cleaning duties aligned to department procedures and standards.
• Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, orderly, and inspection‑ready.
• Clean and polish fixtures and furniture.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and cleaners.
• Scrub, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.
• Load/unload dishwashers; clean counters, coffee equipment, caterings, and conference rooms.
• Follow approved methods for chemical cleaners and power machinery to protect floors and fixtures.
• Service and store custodial equipment; perform preventative maintenance; track chemicals and consumables.
• Train others and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Preferred: experience with vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Comfort standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Schedule, Pay, and Location

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3PM – 11PM
• Starting pay: $16 per hour
• Shift differential: $1 per hour
• Location: 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069
