Provides financial, transactional and process related support to a project management team managing the delivery of design and construction projects. Responsible for accurately entering data into the project management database related to budgets, in-service dates, contracts, purchase orders (PO), and invoices. Typically supports small to medium-scale projects. Assists in the management and coordination of work including the monitoring project budgets and deliverables, meeting contractual requirements and maintaining good professional relationships with Sutter Health (SH) affiliates, SH departments, and external vendors. Ensures all work is done in compliance with the Process & Controls Manual (PCM).Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Numerate – able to work with numbers easily
2. Detail-oriented
3. Good organizational and time management skills.
4. Critical thinking skills.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills. .
6. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and project management software
7. Knowledge of cost accounting or financial system software.

Pay Range is $39.39 to $59.09 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
