Position Summary
Responsible for organizing and performing work to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, buildings, vehicles, grounds security, and facility infrastructure, including workstation setup, computer installations, and data line management.
Oversee installation and maintenance of printing equipment, HVAC systems, and safety equipment.
Set up office workstations, desks, computers, monitors, and related equipment for employees and departments.
Install, organize, and run data lines and network cabling to support office and production operations.
Administer preventive maintenance programs and schedule major overhauls. Perform lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, tools, and facility supplies.
Manage contracts for security, extermination, and landscaping services.
Prepare sketches and recommend changes in equipment or building installations/designs.
Collaborate with outside vendors and third-party technicians to ensure machinery and facility systems are operating optimally and serviced regularly.
Research technical articles, catalogs, and manuals to recommend improvements to maintenance operations and facility infrastructure.
Maintain records including blueprints, purchase orders, factory orders, security reports, maintenance manuals, and network/data line documentation.
Comply with company safety regulations and actively participate in safety programs.
Occasionally work beyond standard daytime hours to perform equipment service/repairs, office setups, or installations during off-peak production times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
May require extended hours and occasional weekend work to support specific projects.
Experience maintaining printing and other manufacturing equipment.
Experience setting up office furniture, computers, monitors, and running data/network lines preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.; and work in environments with odors, noise, dust, and dirt.
Ability to safely navigate around machinery, including crawling, climbing, and using ladders.
Understanding and application of safe practices for tool use.
Flexibility to work beyond standard daytime hours or during heavy workload periods to meet customer expectations.
