As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will be based onsite with the client in Palo Alto, supporting a 350,000 square foot campus composed of leased office space and testing labs. In addition, you will oversee two sites in Long Beach, with quarterly travel required.
In this role, delivering both essential maintenance services and a high-touch, concierge level experience. Beyond day-to-day facilities management, you will take on a strategic leadership role with responsibilities that include maintenance planning, space planning, and occupancy planning.
As part of our Facilities Management function, you will partner closely with Property Managers and landlords to drive operational excellence, ensuring all sites operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably while delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
